Challenge

Their support team was drowning in repetitive messages across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp slow replies, frustrated customers.

Solution

Built an AI assistant that auto-responds to FAQs, pricing, and scheduling. Only complex cases get routed to humans, and even those are pre-processed with AI summaries.

Result

Response times went from hours to seconds. Manual workload dropped over 70%, with all channels unified in one dashboard.

E-Commerce Web Catalog

Challenge

A family craft business had no online store with just DMs and Instagram posts. Customers couldn't easily browse products on their own, leading to lost sales and a lot of back-and-forth.

Solution

Built a full web catalog with a visual CMS so the owners manage products themselves. Reliable image hosting via AWS.

Result

Now they have a 24/7 professional storefront. Everything managed from one simple admin panel, no tech skills needed.
